“Diversity" equals discrimination against white people. "Equity" equals discrimination against men. "Inclusion" equals discrimination against heterosexuals who have the audacity to believe they were born in the right bodies."

When I was growing up in the 1980’s the Democrats were the anti-discrimination party. They were opposed to people being treated badly because of what they are or what they have. Since the 1990’s, they’ve mutated into the most pro-discrimination party in the history of the world. It turns out they absolutely love discrimination as long as it’s against whites, heterosexuals, males, the middle class, the wealthy, Republicans and others. It’s really the height of lipocrisy.
"Diversity", "Equity" and "Inclusion" as Anti-White-Male Propaganda: How did liberals accomplish this lipocrisy of epic proportions? Propaganda! At its core, the language of "Diversity", "Equity" and "Inclusion" is anti-white-male propaganda fabricated to sanctify discrimination against people who look like me. It is this newly-created language, this propaganda, that manipulates people into believing that DEI policies are an economic, societal and moral imperative. In fact, its so powerful that it has persuaded tens of millions of white men to actually believe that institutional discrimination against them is in their best interest. Pause and think about that for a minute. I mean it. Pause. American Institutions, including most every major American corporation, proudly add DEI propaganda pages to their websites. This propaganda claims that discrimination against white men makes their organizations more fair, efficient, productive, innovative and profitable. I challenge you to go to any major corporation's website and look for their DEI pages. Some hide it on their websites under the euphemism "Social Impact". Sometimes they hide it under Vendors & Suppliers like Kroger. What you'll find on any website is the glorification of anti-white-male discrimination. Only a few years ago, American corporations knew nothing about "Diversity", "Equity" and "Inclusion". Today, those same corporations claim they'd be experiencing financial liquidation without it. Only propaganda on a social engineering scale could cause this type of cultural shift. And, speaking of liquidation...
"Diversity", "Equity" and "Inclusion" Policies (The Economic Liquidation of White America): “Diversity” was fabricated by liberal academics to rationalize discrimination. “Diversity”, in and of itself, is harmless. It just means the state of having variety. In liberal orthodoxy, the variety is in the types of people (race, ethnicity, sex, etc). Diversity policies, on the other hand, are harmful and immoral. They force this variety through discriminatory practices. In almost every instance, the discrimination is against straight, white American men. Tactically, liberals have deliberately conflated “diversity” with discriminatory diversity policies. This allows them to accuse straight white American men, in particular, of racism or "white supremacy" if they’re against “diversity” (i.e. diversity policies). Being against a diversity policy that racially discriminates against you is NOT racist. Liberals perpetuate the lie that it is anyways. The fact of the matter is this: “diversity”, as carried out by liberal Democrats, is institutionalized systemic discrimination against whites.
If you still don't believe "diversity" equals discrimination, how about this: In 2020, AB 979 was signed into law to mandate "diversity"on California corporate boards. The law forced larger California corporations to have a certain number of "underrepresented people" on their Board of Directors by the end of 2021. An underrepresented person was anyone who wasn't a straight white American man. If a board had 4 - 8 members, at least 2 had to be "underrepresented people". If a board had 9 or more members, at least 3 had to be underrepresented. Companies that didn't meet the requirements faced potential fines of $100,000 for a first violation and $300,000 for a second. Thankfully, the law was declared unconstitutional. In my opinion, this doesn't negate the fact that the State of California attempted to utilize economic terrorism to force private corporations to discriminate against people who look like me in the name of "diversity".
So, when liberals use the word "diversity", just remember that they're actually referring to the institutionalized systemic discrimination against white heterosexual American man. When liberals use the word "diverse", they're referring to people other then white heterosexual American men. The perfect example follows: Wells Fargo Bank is under the complete control of liberals. From 2016 - 2020, its leaders implemented the "Works for Small Business: Diverse Community Capital (DCC) program". The program focused on redistributing $175 million in financial capital to what they call "diverse small businesses". One of the stated goals of communism, by the way, is the redistribution of financial resources from one group to another. I'm just saying. Anyways, Over 3,000 interviews were conducted of "diverse small business" owners to determine their financial needs. All interviewees were either African American, Asian, Hispanic, LGBT, veterans, or women-owned business owners. As you can see, a "diverse small business owner" is code for non-white male business owner. The $175 million in capital allocation pretty much excluded white people. This is just the tip of the discrimination iceberg for Wells Fargo Bank. Click here to see the innumerable ways the institution discriminates.
Liberal leaders constantly say they want “all voices heard”. Really? By creating the false perception that “diversity” and diversity policies are one and the same, liberalism suppresses opposition to their discriminatory diversity policies. There is nothing like playing the race or gender card to silence debate and criticism. Stating that you want all voices heard and then suppressing opposing voices is lipocritical. By the way, liberal leaders did the same thing with immigrant and illegal immigrant. They call all immigration, both legal and illegal, immigration and then call you anti-immigrant (Racist) if you’re opposed to illegal immigration. Sneaky, isn’t it?
The “Equity” social construct was also fabricated by liberal academics to rationalize discrimination. Here, liberal leaders perverted the word to mean the polar opposite of its actual definition. They intentionally did this to confuse people. Here’s what I mean: my 2016 Merriam-Webster hard copy dictionary defines equity as “JUSTNESS, IMPARTIALITY”. On May 25, 2021, their online dictionary defined equity as “justice according to natural law or right. Specifically: freedom from bias or favoritism”. Every liberal “equity” policy and practice has discrimination as it’s central feature. How is discrimination equal to justice, freedom from bias and impartiality? Liberal leaders are fucking with our heads.
A blatant example of this is JPMorgan Chase's "racial equity" program. The program, announced on October 8, 2020, committed $30 billion over the next five years to provide economic opportunity to "underserved communities", especially black and hispanic communities. In other words, in the name of "equity", white people are being discriminated against. In other words, to liberals, discrimination against white people is equal to justness and impartiality.
Another example of how equity is defacto discrimination is "period equity". Yes, you read that right. According to its proponents, " Menstrual products should be tax-exempt". They claim the "tampon tax" is an unfair and discriminatory economic burden placed solely on women. Like usual, liberals lie. Fact: In the United States, there's no such thing as a tampon tax. A sales tax is levied on tampons like any other product. Discriminatory? Quite the opposite. Making menstrual products tax exempt would be bias, favoritism and partiality towards women, which is the opposite of equity. If charging sales tax on feminine hygiene products is a "discriminatory economic burden" because only women need them, then shouldn't all feminine-hygiene products just be free? According to their own illogic, yes. Is God a misogynist for only giving women periods? According to their own illogic, yes.
Bottom line is this: "Equity" is fast replacing the word equality in all Democrat party messaging. "Equity", according to modern liberalism, means equality of outcomes between groups. It's Marxist and socialist in origen. Marxism, our sworn enemy, is now the official ideology of the Democrat party. And while equality of outcomes may sound nice, that's not what liberal leaders are pushing. In the same way that liberal leaders are conflating "diversity" with discriminatory diversity policies, they're also conflating "equity" with discriminatory equity policies. In his book, "American Marxism", Mark Levin wrote the following: "Again, equality and equity are different things. The pursuit of equity, which is a result or end, often requires the unequal treatment of an individual or group to achieve". In other words, as long as the average white person has more than the average black person, white people should be racially discriminated against. The same goes for sex, "gender identity", ethnicity, etc, etc. To liberal leaders, the ends (equality of outcomes) justify the means (institutional anti-white, anti-male, anti-heterosexual, anti native-born American discrimination in perpetuity). In case you forgot, Hitler believed the ends justify the means.

"Inclusion", like "diversity" and "equity", is intentionally conflated with discriminatory inclusion policies. Diversity Lab, for example, is a company that works to increase "diversity" and "inclusion" in the legal profession. They partner with large law firms and law schools across the country to achieve these goals. Their "Inclusion Blueprint" project asks law firms to "Do Something Hard". Here are a few examples of those hard things: Link compensation of firm partners to inclusion by materially impacting compensation for those lawyers who do and don’t successfully achieve "inclusion goals". Have firm partners staff each new client relationship with teams that consist of at least 50% "diverse" lawyers. Have firms Provide 50 hours of “billable credit” to lawyers for contributions to "diversity" and "inclusion" efforts at the firm and in the legal profession. You get the picture; "Do Something Hard" is just a racket that incentivizes law firm partners, financially or otherwise, to discriminate against straight white men.
Democrat's commitment to "diversity", "equity" and "inclusion" was best exemplified by President Joe Biden's June 25, 2021 Executive Order. In it, he says he wants to "affirmatively" advance equity within the Federal government's workforce. Please read the executive order and see for yourself. The order makes it clear that Federal government employment discrimination, particularly against straight white men, is now codified law. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex or national origin. What the fuck?
The Civil Rights Act had it right: people should never be discriminated against for what they are or what they have. That is what's right, moral and fair. Liberal leaders strongly disagree with this. They absolutely love discrimination. Maybe they are the party of love afterall.
If you’re a liberal Democrat who believes that conflating something good (diversity & inclusion) with something bad (diversity & inclusion policies) to manipulate people, and perverting words to mean their polar opposite to confuse people is immoral, please leave the party. It’s no longer what you signed up for.
As I've demonstrated, every liberal "diversity", "equity" & "inclusion" policy and practice has discrimination as it's common denominator. The primary target of them all are white Americans.

November 15, 2024: According to a five-year veteran of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the agency, under the Biden administration, actively discriminates against white people, Republicans and heterosexuals all in the name of "Diversity", "Equity" and "Inclusion". “FEMA needs to help people. It doesn’t help people right now,” he said. “It’s so biased and racist [against those perceived as white].” Think hard on this: If your entire life is destroyed by a natural disaster, and you happen to be white or Republican, the government agency that is supposed to help you will ignore you.
September 20, 2024: Under the Biden administration, the Federal government was weaponized against white men in the name of "diversity", "equity" and "inclusion". Internal air force documents, for example, include a slideshow from 2022 where the Air Force outlines racial and gender quotas and details how its goal is to reduce the number of white males in its Reserve Officers’ Training Corps officer’s applicant program. In another anti-white-male goal, the Air Force's "Aim High Flight Academy applicant pool is to be made up of a “minimum” of 60% "underrepresented groups". Liberal Democrat leaders are literally taking a dump on the Civil Rights Act. It's shameful.
September 15, 2024: Progressive Insurance has been infected with DEI. If you don't believe it's about discrimination, check out their "DEI Objectives". Objective 2 follows: "We reflect the customers we serve. To serve our customers, we must understand them. We seek to be diverse in our employee demographics, experiences, and perspectives". This requires taking race, sex etc into consideration when hiring. Don't believe me? Here is Objective 3: "Our leadership reflects the people they lead. We aspire to double the representation of people of color in senior leadership, from 10% to 20%, by the end of 2025". Still don't believe me? How about this stat: "In 2023, we hired nearly 15,000 new employees, representing about 1.8% of the total applicants for a job at Progressive. Of these new hires, 67% were women and 56% were people of color, which reflects the demographic diversity of our candidate pools". Progressive is actually boasting about discriminating against people who look like me and believe I should be grateful for it. It's fucking sick.
August 6, 2024: "DEI" is rooted in Marxism. It essentially redistibutes wealth by redistributing job and other financial opportunities to people on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation and immigration status. The less white, heterosexual American male you are, the more economic opportunities you are given. AMC Networks has adopted the ideology. They actively discriminate against white, heterosexual men in their programming. But it's more evil than that. Regarding the suppliers they use, they brag about discriminating against white male businesses: "We use best practices in supplier diversity to identify and work with businesses that are at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by one or more of the following:
July 31, 2024: According to today’s liberal Democrat leaders racial discrimination against a white person is “equity”. The Biden administration has paid more than 43,000 non-white farmers and ranchers from $10,000 to $500,000 each. In total, $2.2 billion was handed out only to the non-whites under Joe Biden's Inflation Reduction Act’s Discrimination Financial Assistance Program (DFAP). This press release included this sentence: " It is an important component of USDA’s work under the Biden-Harris Administration to make USDA programs more accessible, equitable and inclusive for all who want to participate in agriculture. July 29, 2024: I was watching TV today and saw a commercial for CNBC's "Equity and Opportunity" website. Again, "Equity" refers to liberal policies and practices that actively discriminate against white people and men. What this reveals is that today's liberalism conflates anti-white male discrimination with opportunity (i.e. 2 + 2 = 5). I'm a white male. I don't believe being discriminated against is an opportunity. But apparently, I'm supposed to. Shame on me.

May 9, 2024: I'm sad to report that Girl Scouts of America have embraced "Diversity", "Equity" and "inclusion" and are now committed to actively discriminating against white staff members and in brainwashing staff into the liberal Democrat ideology. Another great American institution has fallen. It actually happened in June of 2020, but I only learned of it today.
May 6, 2024: The Downpayment For Equity Act stems from a Biden campaign promise to primarily help non-whites enter the housing market. It gives $25,000 cash to non-whites to cover the upfront costs of a home purchase. Section 10 defines who can distribute and receive the free government handout. "Minority Depository Institutions" and "Community Development financial institutions" can deliver the funds. The former are financial institutions that are owned by non-whites. The latter are financial institutions that provide financial services to non-whites. Again, "equity" is code for communist redistribution of wealth from whites to nonwhites.
April 20, 2024: If you still don't believe "Diversity, "Equity", and "Inclusion" equals discrimination, how about this: Al Roker and his company were accused in a lawsuit filed Tuesday of failing to follow a DEI mandate. The lawsuit alleged that his company “callously disregarded” a PBS DEI program that mandated an animated series “Weather Hunters” include Black writers. Basically, Al Roker, a black man, is being sued for refusing to discriminate against white writers. PBS is evil. Good for you, Al.
February 26, 2024: Liberal leaders have infected universites with DEI. They then infect our healthcare systems with it. Ben Shapiro exposed it At an internal DEI lecture, Duke University surgical resident Vignesh Raman says his ‘heart sinks’ when he has patients who watch Fox News or wear MAGA hats. Then he celebrates having a majority ‘non-white’ population to treat.” In the video, Raman goes on to discuss how Duke has pushed to stop hiring so many “walls of white men”. Raman also tweeted that he won’t ‘amplify’ medical literature involving only white men – because it’s not as if white men have ever advanced medicine or anything.
January 14, 2024: As DEI, instead of merit, determines who gets opportunities in American society, the standards & quality of everything will deteriorate. One would hope that liberals wouldn't use DEI to determine who gets jobs that have life and death consequences. Unfortunately, one would be terribly wrong. As part of a diversity and inclusion hiring initiative, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is recruiting workers who suffer from “severe intellectual” disabilities, psychiatric problems and other mental and physical conditions. The FAA believes doing so is "integral to ensuring safe and efficient travel". Per the FAA website, hirees include "hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.” Again, the liberal FAA believes hiring a mentally retarded, deaf, blind, one armed psychopathic epileptic will ensure safe and efficient travel. On the FAA’s website, the agency claims that people with “severe” mental and physical disabilities are the most under-represented segment of the federal workforce". Well, in my opinion, they should be.
December 14, 2023: As I've explained, the "inclusion" in DEI actually refers to the exclusion of white people, men and heterosexuals. Case in point: Boston's liberal Democrat mayor, Michelle Wu, held a non-white's only party for Boston's city council members. They call it the "Electeds of Color Holiday Party. Wu had this to say about the race-exclusive party: " “There are many events that are private events for all sorts of groups, so we’ve clarified that and look forward to seeing everyone at one of the dozens of opportunities to celebrate the holidays." Would a whites only holiday party be characterized this way? Hmmm? Liberals are gradually bringing segregation back to America.
August 30, 2023: Under liberal President Joe Biden, liberalism's "equity" social construct infected every agency of the federal government, including FEMA, the agency that helps people during natural disasters. Under Biden's direction, FEMA is now prioritizing government emergency assistance to immigrants. Americans go to the back of the line. Under Initiatives, you'll find these words: " Prioritizing casework and evaluation for direct housing eligibility for vulnerable populations to include those with access and functional needs or those who have a primary language other than English".
August 28, 2023: When one thinks of NASCAR, one doesn't usually think of liberal Democrats. Most NASCAR drivers and fans are white Republicans. But liberalism's "Diversity", "Equity" and "Inclusion" ideology has infected every American institution including NASCAR. The NASCAR Diversity Internship Program is a paid “diversity internship” that excludes white people from applying on the basis of their race. Again, when liberals say diversity, they mean policies and practices that racially discriminate against white people.
July 23, 2023: Almost every decision a liberal Democrat leader makes has discrimination against white heterosexual men, in particular, as it's common denominator. President Biden nominated Gen Charles Q Brown Jr. for chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. General Brown was quoted as saying "I hire for diversity" at a global affairs event a few years back. According to a 2020 report by Air and Space Forces Magazine, "diversity" moved to the forefront of personnel decisions such as promotions and hiring" under Brown's supervision, something he celebrated during a speaking engagement held that same year. "Diversity" is code for diversity policies and practices, all of which actively discriminate against people who look like me (white and male).
March 1, 2023: "Diversity" policies force variety through discriminatory practices: The one-party liberal State government of California has a tax incentive program for the entertainment industry. Productions that receive the 4% tax credit are required to commit to hiring crews that are less white, less heterosexual and less male. Apparantly, paying companies not to hire white, heterosexual men didn't get the "diversity" results the state wanted. The latest version, introduced by liberal governor Gavin Newsom in February, drops the bonus. Instead, the bill provides for a 4% penalty if "diversity goals" are not met. In other words, it punishes production companies that don't discriminate against white, heterosexual males.
November 21, 2022: Elections director, John Arntz, who oversees one of the few San Francisco departments that accomplishes its core mission, has not been renewed for his post by the city’s Elections Commission. Arntz has been the San Francisco election director for 20 years. The commission voted 4-2 last week not to renew Arntz’s position, not because he was underperforming, but because he is a white man. The city said it is a part of their "racial equity plan". Imagine being a loyal employee for 20 years and doing an exemplary job. Then imagine being fired solely because you are a white man. This is today's liberalism.
October 12, 2022: The Democrat party is now a fascist party. Mussolini once said, "fascism should be more properly called corporatism because it is the merger of state and corporate power. Major American corporations like CVS Pharmacy are adopting liberalism's "equity" social construct. In the name of "equity", CVS Pharmacy began paying the sales tax on tampons & other menstrual products. They aren't paying sales tax on any products that are specifically for men. This is anti-male discrimination, period. If it's unfair for women to pay tax on menstrual products because men don't have to, then women shouldn't have to pay for period products at all. Why isn't CVS giving away tampons for free?
October 1, 2022: Hurricane Ian just devastated the Southwest coast of Florida. Ian was one of the strongest storms to ever hit the U.S. The best-case-scenario for damage is $55 billion. Hundreds of thousands of lives were ruined. Within days of the hurricane, Vice President Kamala Harris made it clear that, in the name of "equity", “communities of color” would be first in line for relief. She basically just told white people to fuck off and die. This is the new Democrat party. As a reminder, I'm a gay jewish man. I'm also white. This solidifies my belief that I have more to fear from the Democrats being a white man then I do from Republicans as a gay jew. In fact, it's not even close.
August 18, 2022: An off-campus housing co-op for University of California, Berkeley students has banned white people from entering common spaces. “Many People Of Color moved here to be able to avoid white violence and presence, so respect their decision of avoidance if you bring white guests,” the rules declare. In addition, “White guests are not allowed in common spaces.” If I created a community to "avoid black presence", would liberals respect my decision? The building was set up by the Berkeley Student Cooperative to bring affordable “housing to low-income, first generation, immigrant and marginalized students of color” in the Bay Area (i.e. discriminate against whites). The university claims it can't stop this since it's not on campus. Something tells me if an off-campus housing co-op banned non-white people from entering, Berkely would find a way to stop it. UC Berkely is one of the most liberal places in America. Does this seem inclusive to you?
July 28, 2022: Let's be clear, when Democrat leaders tout "diversity", "equity" and "inclusion", they're touting racial discrimination against white people, sex discrimination against men and sexuality/gender discrimination against heterosexuals who believe they're in the right body. Case in point: Among the federal judges appointed by liberal President Joe Biden, 28% are Black; 22% are Hispanic; and 18% are Asian, according to the ABA. More than three-quarters (77%) of his appointments are women. The last time I looked, black people were about 14% of the U.S. population. Women are 50.5%. his is institutionalized discrimination. That's supposed to be illegal. WTF!
May 13, 2022: Liberal Democrat leaders are imposing antiwhite discrimination into our healthcare systems under the guise of "equity". For example, a black person should be given preferential treatment for lifesaving medical treatments even if a white person is more sick. A Harvard hospital decided they would only allow black patients the opportunity to pick which part of the hospital they want to be admitted to. Lastly, a Joe Biden executive order to "advance racial equity" actually gives bonuses to Medicare physicians who implement "anti-racism" policies and procedures in their practice. So in other words, if they come up with a plan for treating white patients worse than black patients, they get paid more.
April 6, 2022: Racial discrimination, for any reason is racism. United Airlines believes racial discrimination against white people is a moral imperative. The airline bought a flight-training academy in 2021. They are the only airline to own one. I wonder why United Airlines wants to train their own pilots? This might explain why. The airline plans to train 5,000 new pilots by 2030. In the name of "diversity", half of them will be people of color and women. The United States is facing its worst pilot shortage in recent memory. It's forcing airlines to cut thousands of flights. Instead of focusing on getting qualified pilots, United Airlines priority is to not hire white pilots. Think about this.
November 8, 2021: In the name of "diversity", State Street Global Advisors, one of the largest investment firms in the world, is forcing its executives to discriminate against white men. “This is now front and central for State Street — it’s on every senior executive’s scorecard,” Jess McNicholas, the company’s head of inclusion, diversity and corporate citizenship in London told The Daily Mail. Executives who don't discriminate against white men will receive lower bonuses.
October 21, 2021: In the name of "diversity" & "Equity" colleges and universities have institutionalized antiwhite discrimination so much that white students believe they need to pretend to be a racial minority in order to be admitted.
October 18, 2021: In the name of "equity", The Art Institute of Chicago fired all of its 100 trained Docents and guides last month because they were white. One survey found that 34% of white students falsely claimed to be a racial minority on their college application.
October 10, 2021: Did you know that female students having to purchase period products was an "inequity"? According to the State of California it is, and they've approved the "Menstrual Equity for All Act" to solve this horrible injustice. The act forces all California schools to provide "free" tampons to menstruating students. I think they mean women. Do men get taxpayer subsidies for male-oriented products? Of course not. Isn't giving something to one group only the opposite of being impartial (i.e. equitable)? Of course it is. Libpocrisy!
May 23, 2021: As a reminder, "diversity" and anti-white discrimination are two sides of the same coin. A Massachussets school district created an event where white students weren't allowed. This, of course, was done by the school district's office of diversity, equity and inclusion. How inclusive of them. Understand something, when a liberal says "diversity", what they really mean is anti-white discrimination.
